The Association of Bulgarian Employers' Organizations (AOBE) has expressed its objection to the short deadlines for opinions on the draft state budget for 2026, received on November 3. According to AOBE, this practice disrupts social dialogue and does not allow time for serious discussion of important economic issues.
The organization insists on realistic deadlines and public discussions of the draft before submission to the National Assembly. AOBE also opposes the planned increase in social security contributions and the tax on dividends, which could lead to serious negative effects on the economy.
