The 19th edition of the national competition "Manager of the Year 2026" has started - an established initiative that has been distinguishing successful business leaders and good management practices in Bulgaria for nearly two decades.

The competition distinguishes leaders who not only achieve results, but also build sustainable companies through a clear strategy, effective management practices and the ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment. The focus is on the overall profile of the leader - a balance between business performance, management style and personal qualities.
Applications are open until May 15, 2026.
In addition to the "Manager of the Year" category, the competition also recognizes achievements in four other categories:
- Category "Business in the Top 20 Million"
- Category "Best New Business"
- Category "Team of the Year"
- Category "Business Transformation"
Participation is free of charge. The evaluation process follows an established methodology developed and implemented by Deloitte Bulgaria.
The award ceremony for the 19th edition of "Manager of the Year" will be held at the Sofia Opera and Ballet on November 3.
