The Evrika Foundation, in cooperation with the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association (BICA), is organising the annual competition for the Evrika Award for Young Manager of the Year.
The award recognises a young manager aged 35 or under who has achieved significant professional success during the year and demonstrated strong potential for self-improvement and professional development.
Candidates may be nominated by companies, media organisations and public organisations, or they may apply independently.
Candidates will be evaluated based on six main criteria:

Business Performance – business development, competitiveness, market presence and growth strategies.

Personal Contribution to Business Development – specific achievements and the candidate's contribution to the company's success.

Professional Qualities – expertise, managerial and interpersonal skills.

Innovation, Quality and Business Excellence – implementation of innovations and effective organisational practices.

Corporate Social Responsibility – the company's commitment to socially responsible initiatives.

Building Partnerships – development of sustainable business partnerships.
A jury composed of qualified experts will conduct a preliminary selection based on the results and supporting evidence submitted by the candidates. Those shortlisted for the final stage will be invited to meet with the jury, where they will have the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, skills and professional achievements.
The winner will receive a commemorative statuette and a certificate of honour.
The deadline for submitting applications is 15 December 2026.
Applications must include personal and contact details, information about education, professional qualifications, foreign language proficiency, a brief overview of the candidate's professional career, and achievements over the past year.
