The Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association (BICA) informs employers about the opportunity to apply under Project BG05SFPR002-1.031-0001, “Specific Skills for the Workforce”, funded by the Human Resources Development Programme 2021–2027.
The Employment Agency has announced a second application round under the project, enabling enterprises to organise training for their employees tailored to their specific business needs, without requiring co-financing from employers.
What Types of Training Are Eligible for Funding?
The project focuses on acquiring specific knowledge and skills directly related to employees’ positions, work processes, or particular workplaces within an enterprise.
Eligible training activities fall outside the scope of the vocational education and training system, as well as voucher-based training for the acquisition of key competences.
By participating in the project, employers can develop their employees’ skills in line with the current needs of their enterprises, thereby contributing to greater efficiency, productivity, and business competitiveness.
